Discover the Role

In this role you will be supporting our Capital Market Services (CMS) team in Sofia that is compromised of more than 30 professionals. You will assist the team in the provision of accounting and administration services of a portfolio of different Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV's). The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international accounting practices.


Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting and administration of a portfolio of different Special Purpose Vehicles companies;

• Collect, process and verify information from financial institutions;

• Prepare investment portfolio and cash reconciliations on monthly and yearly basis;

• Prepare reports for European Central Bank, on monthly and quarterly basis.

• Maintain good client relationship with the clients and attend to clients’ queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Continuous and frequent liaison with clients for documentations, information or clarifications for management accounts preparation and audit purposes.

• Maintain timely and proper filing of documents and information with respect to each individual client’s to ensure audit trail of work done for efficient references.

• Periodic update of process documentation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.


Key Requirements

• University degree or 4th year student in Accounting/Finance or similar field;

• Affinity to accounting and reporting;

• Good command in written and spoken English is essential;

• Able to meet deadlines and multi-task;

• Confident team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

• Good interpersonal skills with a positive disposition;

• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office.
