Our team in Kiev is looking for a new colleague to join our Accounting & Tax team!
- Managing all areas of accounting for companies operating under the general taxation system;
- Preparing payment orders, working with client‑bank systems, processing bank statements;
- Managing accounts receivable and ensuring proper documentation;
- Managing VAT liabilities (issuing/registering outgoing tax invoices);
- Managing VAT tax credit;
- Managing accounts payable (recording expenses);
- Accounting for fixed assets and inventories;
- Managing business trip and representation expenses, including proper documentation and processing advance reports;
- Working with primary documentation (ensuring proper completion and availability of original documents);
- Participating in inventories, audits, and tax inspections of the company;
- Performing other assigned tasks.
- Higher specialized education;
- Knowledge of national accounting standards and tax legislation;
- Practical experience in accounting and tax reporting, including VAT (will be an advantage);
- English proficiency at a pre‑intermediate level;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Medoc/Fredo, BAS, Client‑Bank;
- Experience managing accounting for several companies simultaneously (will be an advantage);
- Ability to work independently, desire to grow, creativity, proactivity;
- Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment with a large volume of information;
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, attentiveness, accuracy, tact, punctuality, and competent verbal and written communication.
