As Junior Accounting Associate (Accounting Assistant) you will be part of our team in Subotica, supporting our Accounting Team in Hungary. You'll gain insight in various accounting activities in a supportive environment. With guidance and care of our leaders you can learn, grow and achieve your goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accounting department's administrative work;
  • Help in the processing of payments, billing based on internal rules, check their accuracy and completeness;
  • Bank account administration: tracking of balances, preparation and execution of payments, follow-up on payments;
  • Record invoices, prepare documents for the approval process;
  • Charge the bank, cash register, invoices, business trips based on internal rules.

Key Requirements
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English language is mandatory;
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in related field;
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting / Economy;
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles;
  • Professional manner and strong ethical code;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Readiness to meet deadlines.
