As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

The Junior Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Analyst will assist in managing the company’s corporate tax compliance and reporting activities in line with Dutch tax regulations. This role involves supporting the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and providing analytical support to the senior tax team. The Junior CIT Analyst will contribute to the tax compliance obligations of company's and ensure adherence to deadlines and statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of accurate and timely corporate income tax returns, including gathering data, financial records, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch CIT regulations and maintain updated knowledge of local and international tax laws.
  • Support audits and respond to inquiries from the Dutch tax authorities, ensuring all requests for information are met in a timely manner.
  • Assist with tax provision calculations and reporting under both local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax-related entries in the financial statements.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax closing processes.
  • Stay informed of changes in Dutch and EU tax legislation that may impact the company and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and external tax advisors to gather necessary information and ensure smooth tax operations.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in tax law or tax economics.
  • Additional coursework or certifications in tax would be a plus (e.g., Dutch Tax Law).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a tax-related role in corporate tax or in a financial/consultancy firm.
  • Internship experience in tax or accounting is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch CIT laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); experience with tax software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in  English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
