Discover the Role

Join our dynamic marketing and communications team as a Junior Content Executive and play a key role in supporting the creation of engaging content for TMF Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their content career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities.

In this role, you will help produce content that supports our brand, engages clients and prospects, and strengthens our global presence. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across the business and report directly to the Senior Content Lead, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and formats. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the creation of clear, engaging content across multiple formats, including social media posts, emails, webpages, and marketing materials
  • Supporting the development of content that addresses client, service, and regional topics
  • Helping to maintain and update the content calendar
  • Conducting desk research to support content development and campaign planning
  • Drafting and proofreading content under the guidance of senior team members
  • Coordinating with colleagues across different functions to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Helping to manage internal content processes to support timely delivery
  • Contributing ideas to improve content quality and team efficiency

Key Requirements
  • Maximum of 2 years of experience in content writing, editing, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Native-level written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt tone and style
  • A relevant qualification in journalism or copywriting (or equivalent experience)
  • Good attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time and support multiple projects
  • Strong organisational skills and an eagerness to develop planning capabilities
  • Experience writing for different audiences or platforms
  • Familiarity with web-based content or project management systems is a plus
  • Confidence using MS Office and collaborating via MS Teams
  • Desirable: an interest in the financial or professional services sector
  • Desirable: willingness to develop interviewing skills to gather insights from subject matter experts
