Join our dynamic Alternative Investment Fund Services team, where you'll have the opportunity to work with Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt. In this role, you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operational depositary work, ensuring that alternative investment funds comply with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
- Participating in the day to day operational depositary work, ensuring compliance of alternative investment funds with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive; this includes:
- Cash monitoring activity and documentation of findings and procedures
- Safekeeping of assets, meaning the documentation of legal structures and underlying transactions
- Analysis of complex asset transactions in real estate, private equity, debt and trade financing from a legal and ownership perspective
- AML analysis
- Collate documentation for the purposes of client onboarding
- Review and analyze investor transactions (subscriptions and redemptions) and distributions to be Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) compliant
- Oversight of the net asset value (NAV) calculation
- Assist in client meetings and on-site visits
- Degree in Law / Finance
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge in financial services sector and specifically in Private Equity and Real Estate Industry or Depositary would be ideal.
- Fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset)
- Ability to document complex work in a structured principle
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands on and solution oriented

- Basic Accounting background is an asset
