As we navigate the complexities of digital transformation, we are on the lookout for Junior Dynamics Support Engineers to join our Dynamics Support team. In this role you will participate in supporting TMF Group’s Internal Finance system, Microsoft D365 F&O and you will learn to be accountable for 1st and 2nd level support to end users globally.

Dynamics D365 F&O is the chosen single Internal Finance application for TMF Group worldwide. Among others, it handles timewriting, billing, purchasing, expense and other workflows. Becoming a member of this team can provide a stable career with opportunity to grow.

The Junior Dynamics Support Engineer will be part of our global team of specialists.

• Support D365 FO across multiple locations;
• Liaise with business users;
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving system issues on end-user side;
• Handle work orders;
• Perform analysis, setup, data conversion, user acceptance testing;
• Work with and learn from different groups in the organization - specialist users/end users, consultants, developers.

• Work experience with Dynamics AX (AX 2009, 2012) or D365 FO in the Finance and Project modules, or a graduate of relevant studies for promising candidates with good business knowledge and strong motivation to develop missing Dynamics expertise;
• Financial accounting knowledge;
• Knowledge about EU VAT requirements and mechanisms and able to setup sales tax accordingly is an advantage;
• Good Technology knowledge i.e. MS Office, ERP systems;
• Good written and verbal English knowledge as this is the working language;
• Excellent communication skills coupled with ability to liaise with stakeholders on a global scale through multiple communication channels;
• Accurate, precise and good in administration, good team player.
• Organized, disciplined and with hands-on attitude and a quick learner.
