Discover the Role

In this role you will assist in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies as well as multinational corporations by ensuring that the companies are in compliance with the labour legislation currently in force.

As a Junior Entity Management Consultant you will be responsible for handling legislation related issues, with emphasis on Employment Law.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares necessary labour documents (labour agreements, addendum agreements, termination documents) 
  • Onboards new employees, provides reports, participates in the daily correspondence with the clients 
  • Provides support during inspections performed by the labour authorities
  • Keeps records on all documents produced as part of the onboarding of new employees or as a result of the termination of the labour relationship;
  • Works in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work;

Key Requirements

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Relevant professional education e.g., a degree in Human Resources or Faculty of Law;
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm will be considered advantage;
  • Ability to communicate and interact well;
  • Good command in written and spoken English;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
  • Values teamwork and promotes a positive team culture. 
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure

Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a senior role;
  • Advanced knowledge of  Bulgarian labor laws, and tax regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while meeting strict deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution;
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
