We are looking for a motivated individual to join our HR & Payroll team in Cluj-Napoca.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting day-to-day HR administration activities. The job holder will be responsible for supporting key HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the timely handling of employee-related documentation.
The role offers continuous learning opportunities, including regular updates on labor legislation and internal processes, as well as the chance to further develop your communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining exposure to a variety of HR practices and local legislative requirements. You will also gain practical experience working with HR systems and tools while contributing to maintaining high-quality HR operations for our clients.
- Prepare documentation based on employer decisions (termination, reinstatement, suspension);
- Receive, verify, record in systems, and archive medical leave certificates;
- Prepare FNUASS files (BT and subsidiaries) – verification, monthly archiving, completion, attaching supporting documents, and file preparation (BT);
- Complete medical certificates on a monthly basis (subsidiaries) and submit FNUASS files (BTDI, BTMI, BTII);
- Notify public institutions (e.g. Labour Inspectorate – pregnancy status, AJPIS – return from maternity leave, Military Centers – monthly military records submission);
- Receive and archive employee contractual documentation (employment contracts, addenda, decisions, personnel documents);
- File monthly payroll reports
- 1 year of working experience in similar position is preferred;
- Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders;
- Good command of English (both verbal and written);
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economy or other related field would be preferred
