We are looking for someone who has experience in human resources administration. Your main task will be to oversee all process with regards to employee administration for our clients.
- Administration of personnel files of client’ employees in strict adherence to the current legislation (collection of required HR records, collection and amendments of personal card P2, ensuring data integrity);
- Primary HR records keeping and processing (scanning and filing documents), filling, register in journals;
- Collection and preparation all necessary HR information documents for employment, dismissal, salary or position change and/or any other change in the employment conditions of employees; for absence of employees (vacations, sick/maternity leaves, other leaves); HR documents for overtimes payment, bonuses, deductions;
- Consolidation of all HR information and documentation of client’ employees for the subsequent payroll accounting;
- Input of all necessary data on employees of the Client companies (salary data, hiring, dismissal, transfer, sick leaves, vacations, etc.) in HRP accounting database;
- Preparation of vacation and staff schedules, of client employees;
- Timely data entry into labour books of client’ employees;
- Assistance in preparation and filing HR reports statutory and corporate;
- Performance of other tasks given by the management;
- Performs structured and routine work assignments;
- Has some discretion to vary from established procedures to solve low risk problems;
- May deliver services for low complex clients with relative level of autonomy;
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles;
- Participation in other HR projects, including automation and international projects.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in different HR areas (is a plus);
- University degree;
- Basic knowledge of HR/Payroll procedure and Labor legislation;
- Elementary level of English at least (working knowledge of English is a plus);
- Fluency in Ukrainian;
- Attentiveness to the details;
- Fast-learning and result-orienting;
- PC skills (word, excel, power point, accounting and personnel applications (BAS applications of any configuration), M.E. Doc, tax cabinet, etc.);
- Ability to work with the different office equipment and other technical knowledge
- 1+ year of relevant experience in different HR areas (is a plus);
- University degree;
- Basic knowledge of HR/Payroll procedure and Labor legislation;
- Elementary level of English at least (working knowledge of English is a plus);
- Fluency in Ukrainian;
- Attentiveness to the details;
- Fast-learning and result-orienting;
