Discover the Role

The Junior Entity Management Administrator will support the Supervisor and wider team in ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of client entities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of entity governance, regulatory compliance, and company administration in a professional services environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the onboarding and setup of new clients on internal systems.

- Maintain digital and physical client records in a structured and accessible manner. 

- Draft basic templates, board resolutions, and client letters under supervision.

- Coordinate signature and submission of routine documents with clients.

- Monitor compliance calendars and flag upcoming deadlines to the Supervisor. 

- Help prepare simple documentation such as meeting packs, registers, and trackers.

- Support in the filing of documentation with QFC and/or MoCI as instructed.

- Keep statutory records up to date in line with client changes. 

- Assist in the preparation of annual returns and company secretarial filings.

- Complete KYC checklists and assist with document collection for compliance.

- Use platforms such as ViewPoint, Enate, and authority portals for data entry. 

- Help generate internal reports and summaries on service delivery timelines.

- Attend training sessions on company law, trust structures, and governance practices.

- Shadow senior colleagues during complex client interactions and compliance processes.


Key Requirements

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a compliance-focused environment.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, law, administration, or related field.

- Familiarity with corporate or legal environments (internships or clerical work experience is an advantage).

- Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
