As a Junior Legal Assistant, you’ll play a role in ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with corporate governance, and guiding clients through key legal procedures.

- Prepare and manage compliance and AML reports for clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Draft and maintain board minutes, general meeting records, and other corporate governance documentation.
- Handle filings with relevant authorities and support clients with regulatory submissions.
- Assist with fiscal representation processes.
- Oversee general compliance matters, monitoring legal and regulatory updates.
- Support exit procedures for departing clients.
- Conduct KYC processes, verify client credentials and regulatory documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients.
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensure proper storage and accessibility for reference.
- You are a recent graduate of the Master of Laws or have some years of experience related to corporate law.
- Good English skills.
- You are pro-active and independent in your work.
- You have the ability to prioritize and self lead.
