We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Officer to join our team in Luxembourg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic international environment and gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations.
- Prepare documentation related to corporate changes, including director or manager resignations and appointments, and changes to registered office addresses
- Draft legal documents for the incorporation and liquidation of Luxembourg entities
- Assist in the preparation of service agreements, loan contracts, shareholder resolutions, and maintenance of share and PEC registers
- Ensure timely and accurate filings with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
- Maintain well-organized and comprehensive client files in accordance with internal standards
- Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts and manage authorized signatory records
- Organize and participate in regular meetings with clients and external advisors
- Draft minutes for Board of Directors and Annual General Shareholders’ Meetings
- University degree in Law
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in a legal or corporate services environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with external stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team engagement
- Fluency in English and German is essential; additional languages are an asset
