Discover the Role

Join our team in Bulgaria as a Junior Legal Officer, where you'll support a portfolio of client entities through a variety of administrative and compliance tasks. From handling daily correspondence and maintaining bank accounts to preparing basic compliance files and assisting with corporate filings, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on experience with regulatory processes, document management, and client coordination - perfect for someone eager to grow in a structured, international environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Allocation of a portfolio of client entities with low complexity and activity;
  • Handling of daily correspondence;
  • RCS filing and RBE filing;
  • Bank account opening processes (excluding KYC analysis, but including delivery of KYC information and documentation to banks and filling in forms);
  • Bank account maintenance;
  • Preparation of compliance files : Drafting of forms with basic information (excluding transaction/UBO analysis) / Performance of risk screening;
  • Drafting of approval of accounts documents / regular corporate matters (appointment of managers / auditors etc.);
  • Collection of signatures/VP saving;
  • Saving of documents in VP / update of VPA;
  • Registers update (Notes / shares);
  • Handing of daily courrier (scan batch) as a back-up;
  • Handling PoAs from client request to notarisation and appostile, including collecting KYC for the appointed attornies, but excluding review of the object of the PoA;
  • Responding to auditor queries (KYC, forms, authorised signatory lists, structure charts, engagement letters), excluding transaction related matters;
  • Handling of daily offer/purchase documents (downloading / update / collection of signatures / sending to relevant parties).

Key Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field;
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate, legal, or administrative environment;
  • Basic understanding of corporate governance (e.g., appointments of managers/auditors, approval of accounts);
  • Familiarity with drafting standard forms and corporate documents;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with document management systems is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proactive and eager to learn;
  • Team player with good communication skills;
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
