Discover the Role

As a Junior Legal Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients in maintaining their entities in good legal and financial standing. You’ll be the first point of contact for legal, and compliance matters in the Netherlands, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a collaborative role where you’ll help clients navigate complex regulatory environments while building long-term relationships. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced Legal Officers and be part of a knowledgeable, proactive team dedicated to delivering tailored services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, notaries, advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide corporate secretarial support and transactional assistance, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Assist with incorporations, share transfers, and legal structure management.
  • Maintain accurate and complete company files, registers, and documentation.
  • Draft and review legal documents including agreements, resolutions, and proxies.
  • Monitor and resolve compliance issues, ensuring alignment with Dutch Central Bank regulations.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to uphold TMF Group’s legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Officers to manage client relationships and fee agreements.

Key Requirements
  • University degree in corporate law (civil, notarial, or fiscal).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, ideally with multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to grow within the role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholder expectations.
