Discover the Role

In this role you will assist in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies as well as multinational corporations by ensuring that all company secretarial matters of our clients are properly handled.

As a Junior Entity Management Consultant you will be responsible for handling legislation related issues, with emphasis on corporate legal/secretarial and entity management related activities.

 


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares necessary documents, reports, correspondence and various other documents required by clients or different authorities mostly in the sphere of Employment Law
  • Helps to negotiate with the banks, opens bank accounts for clients or for shelf companies;
  • Organizes meetings with lawyers on behalf of clients regarding clients’ contracts, power of attorney and other necessary documents;
  • Co-ordinates and assist in registering clients’ companies and branches with the Trade register and Representative offices with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • Keeps records on all documents regarding clients' companies, Labour Dossiers' maintenance, finding necessary documents and correspondence and submit all output of his work for checking;
  • Works in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work;
  • Deals with the Know-Your-Client procedures and collection of documents from the clients; responsible for all related compliance matters

Key requirements
  • Relevant professional education e.g., Faculty of Law, affinity for obtaining ICSA qualification etc.;
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
  • Ability to communicate and interact well;
  • Good command in written and spoken English;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
  • Values teamwork and promotes a positive team culture. 
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
