As a Junior-Payroll executive, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients.


Key Responsibilities

As a Junior-Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll. The Payroll Specialist supports accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with MHRSD regulations, GOSI contributions, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements. This role focuses on data management, payroll calculations, and administrative support to enhance payroll efficiency.

Work as part of the Saudi Arabia payroll team, working in the RDC delivery team based in Pune, India and collaborating closely with the onshore team in KSA to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our KSA clients, under a RDC operating model.


Key Requirements
  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
