As a Junior-Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing for employees of our clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with MHRSD regulations, GOSI contributions, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.
- This role focuses on data management, payroll calculations, and administrative support to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Work as part of the Saudi Arabia payroll team, working in the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our KSA clients, under an office-extension operating model.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Relevant experience is considered as an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with foreign clients.
- Familiarity with KSA regulations and government portals is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
