As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll preparation and calculation, while consistently delivering top-notch services to your portfolio of clients. • Prepare and maintain payroll computation for assigned clients and ensure high standard of compliance and accuracy;
• Ensure collection of payroll documents and other input in time;
• Check the input data documents for compliance with the local regulations and contracts;
• Complete filing of the documents in accordance with the established filing system and maintain client’s files complete and in a good order;
• Provide support to other team members as-and-when needed;
• Meet established deadlines for each client;
• Review and check the accuracy of entered input data & output results;
• Maintain good client relationship and attend to clients’ requests and queries professionally;
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, banks and relevant authorities;
• Check on a monthly basis the accuracy of processed information and preparation of supporting analyses of the accounts if requested;
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data;

• You have at least 1-2 years relevant work experience in payroll
• Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Communicates effectively through written or verbal communication both in Swedish and English;
• Strong ability to plan ahead and organize the work;
• Reliable and responsible and focuses on team goals;
• Experience of payroll system Kontek or Hogia Lön Plus is an advantage
• Have a sharp eye for details. 
• Good communication skills to address payroll queries and problem-solving skills when issues arise
• Experience in a similar role in an outsourcing business with good client servicing skills will be preferred.
