Discover the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Process Designer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the request, assessment, and approval process for multiple applications, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving operational processes.

 

The duties of a Junior Designer include understanding project requirements, creating drafts and final designs, pitching creative ideas, collaborating with team members, and incorporating feedback to improve designs.


Key Responsibilities

Request Handling: Manage incoming requests for various applications, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately documented.

·       Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of each application, evaluating the feasibility and requirements to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

·       Approval Process: Oversee the approval process, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.

·       Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the request, assessment, and approval processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

·       Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all requests, assessments, and approvals, ensuring transparency and accountability.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the process.


Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent working experience)

·       Experience: 1-2 years of experience within TMF

·       Strong analytical and passion for problem-solving.

·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills (especially listening skills)

·       Proficiency in process management tools and software.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Enjoy simplification & being client service orientated

 

Skills

·       Enate configuration (manually & bot file supported)

·       Data acquisition and analysis, or knowledge of any other data mining techniques

·       Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting business processes.

·       Coding abilities in SQL queries or Power BI is a plus

·       Project management knowledge is a plus (planning of work, time management, stakeholder management, scope, constraints, and risks).
