Discover the Role

A Junior Recruiter supports the recruitment team by managing candidate pipelines, assisting with sourcing, and coordinating the hiring process. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in talent acquisition and eager to learn recruitment best practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Outreach

    • Post job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media.

    • Assist in sourcing candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.

    • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.

  • Screening & Coordination

    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

  • Recruitment Support

    • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.

    • Support senior recruiters in managing high-volume requisitions.

  • Candidate Experience

    • Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates.

    • Assist with onboarding activities when needed.


Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not always required).

  • Experience: Internship or prior exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Organizational ability and attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with ATS or HR software is beneficial.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmen
