Discover the Role

As a Junior Workplace IT Service Engineer, you’ll be part of the team that supports our colleagues with their everyday technology needs. You’ll help make sure their devices work smoothly, assist with technical questions, and learn how our global IT systems operate. This is a great opportunity if you’re early in your IT career and want hands‑on experience in a professional, international setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming IT support requests and help resolve issues efficiently
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other office equipment
  • Support colleagues by answering questions, explaining tools, and helping them use technology effectively
  • Assist with small training sessions or one‑on‑one guidance for end users
  • Help keep IT documentation and asset information up to date
  • Work with other IT teams when “smart hands” support is needed for network or server equipment
  • Communicate with local vendors when necessary
  • Participate in office‑related IT tasks such as equipment moves or setup during renovations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes or reduce costs and share them with your manager

Key Requirements

You don’t need to be an expert — we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow.

  • Some experience (internships, part‑time work, or 1–2 years) in IT support is helpful but not required
  • Basic understanding of Windows computers and common troubleshooting steps
  • Interest in learning about IT concepts such as Active Directory, networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN), and file permissions
  • A proactive, service‑oriented attitude — you enjoy helping people
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with colleagues from different cultures
  • A positive, can‑do mindset and readiness to step outside your comfort zone
  • Awareness of IT security principles (we’ll teach you the rest)
  • ITIL knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory — we can help you learn it
