Katowice is also the location for our new structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Kyriba Treasury Management System Analyst will play a key role in the Treasury team at TMF Company, focusing on the global implementation of the Kyriba TMS across multiple entities. This results-oriented professional will thrive in a project-driven environment, collaborating with various countries to ensure a successful rollout and providing ongoing support to enhance Treasury functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills and expertise in Fintech and Treasury. This role reports to Cash Manager responsible for Kyriba implementation.
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely from Poland or from our office in Katowice.
Global Implementation of Kyriba:
- Implementation of the Kyriba Treasury Management System across multiple global entities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives
- Manage and maintain static data within the Kyriba system for accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate the setup of connectivity between banks, SWIFT, Kyriba, and the ERP system (D365) for seamless integration.
- Configure Kyriba for payments (PAIN 003 & SWIFT Payments) and bank statements (CAMT.053) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionalities and ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to onboarded entities, addressing user queries and ad-hoc issues effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various countries, adapting to diverse cultural and business practices to achieve project goals.
- Acting as a project manager for the ongoing implementations

Other Relevant Responsibilities (Subject to time availability):
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances and movements for sufficient liquidity and funding; execute intercompany, funding, and cash upstream payments.
- Cash Forecast Preparation: Assist in preparing the Group cash forecast, ensuring accuracy and understanding forecast drivers.
- Banking Structure Optimization: Contribute to optimizing the banking structure for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Practical experience in implementation of Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems is a must
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a Corporate Treasury environment or consultancy.
- Exposure to ERP systems (like Dynamics, Oracle) and consolidation systems (like OneStream) will be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and numerically sensitive.
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and understand the processes behind the numbers.
- Strong Excel skills, capable of working with complex models while ensuring data integrity.
