Our new colleague will be providing legal expertise and advice to both our customers and the HR & Payroll team for matters related to labour law. S/He will be reporting directly to the Head of HR & Payroll.
You will be acting as the 1st point of contact for our HR & Payroll clients coming from different industries and will be supported for growth by more senior members of the team in a motivating work environment with lots of flexibility, freedom, and personal responsibility, flat hierarchies with direct contact to management and international exchange.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and the team for all questions related to labour & social security law, HR & Payroll matters, and sectoral regulation;
- You are able to translate and summarize legal information to understandable wording;
- You support our customers by drafting all sorts of legal documents to answer their needs (work regulations, employment agreements, policies,…);
- You are responsible for keeping legal information for our team and customers up-to-date and see this as a priority;
- You are strong in giving both oral and written advice and are eager to find the most suitable solution;
- You give internal and external training and seminars on social law items;
- You are self-responsible for keeping your legal knowledge up-to-date and see this as a priority;
- You can build a network of relationships with internal colleagues and external parties such as customers and partners as well as local or regional authorities.
- French C1/C2 with professional proficiency in English;
- Master’s in law and specialized in social and employment law or specialized in social law or equivalent by professional experience;
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant experience in social law advisory;
- Good communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people internationally, through spoken and written channels and at all levels;
- Excellent team player that can work independently where needed;
- Well organized and can cope with deadlines;
- Can translate difficult subjects into understandable and concrete information for business needs
