- Change Management: Oversee all change requests, approvals, and implementations; chair CAB meetings; ensure compliance with ITIL standards; conduct audits and post-implementation reviews.
- Process Governance & Optimization: Design and improve ITSM processes, maintain documentation, and drive process maturity.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage audit tracking, and close gaps within timelines.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze data for trends and root causes, and provide actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure smooth communication and decision-making.
- Change Protection: Implement strategies to minimize service disruptions and stabilize IT operations.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct sessions for teams and new hires on change management processes.
- Experience: 8–12 years in technology change management with proven leadership.
- Certifications: ITIL Certification (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ITSM tools (BMC Helix preferred), MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving abilities, risk management, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
- Additional Skills: Cross-cultural competence, vendor engagement, audit and compliance expertise.
