Discover the Role

Legal Administrator will be providing a high quality of service to the client. In addition, required to maintain a good working relationship with clients, Legal Administrator will be answering queries and provide them with any requested documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing all documents and submission to authority with regards to license renewal, establishment card renewals, visa renewals, financial filing, other statutory filings.
  • Prepare bank forms and assist with the coordination for the opening of bank account on behalf of the client.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of team deliverable trackers. 
  • Coordinate with other offices and legal departments outside UAE to arrange legal documentation e.g. for Notarization/ attestations / legalizations.
  • Support in maintaining relationships with external advisors and other parties.
  • Keep abreast of legislative and authority requirements and changes, ensure information sharing and record keeping.
  • Visa application submission on government portals under the supervision of seniors and track status of visa applications.
  • Review and collect clients documents for visa processing.
  • Stay up to date with immigration laws and requirements.
  • Assist with saving of documents on the server.
  • Creation and maintenance of client files both on hard and soft copy.
  • Assist with ad hoc admin tasks as and when required.

Key Requirements
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience in UAE (other GCC countries can be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly engaged, positive and pro-active personality
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
