Key Responsibilities

M&A post & integration work

  • Develop & maintain work lists for pre and post integration work.
  • Identify the prioritize all actions with departments for updating agreements.
  • Review, comment & revise specific clauses in agreements.
  • Liaise, monitor and follow up work on signing agreements.
  • Archive & update records in computer data system.
  • Maintain signed agreements portfolio & generate update lists.
  • Liaise with service teams & monitor service companies’ statutory status.
  • Provide support and assist progress for effective updating service companies.
  • Oversee companies’ legal statutory documents are in order and filing in timely manner.
  • Assist all legal & administrative ad hoc tasks. 

Key Requirements
  • Formal training or qualification in law or related disciplines required
  • Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude
