Discover the Role

The Legal Assistant supports the Legal team in handling legal and administrative matters for client companies. The role ensures compliance with TMF Group procedures and contributes to maintaining client files in good legal standing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with legal formalities including incorporations, liquidations, shareholder and board meetings, and share transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, notaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage registrations with the Commercial Court and other authorities.
  • Support directors acting on behalf of client companies by organizing and reviewing documents for signature.
  • Maintain compliance files in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
  • Execute administrative tasks to support TMF France and ensure adherence to compliance processes

 


Key Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  • Service-minded and pragmatic approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
  • Fluency in English and French is required
