Discover the Role

The professional will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the legal team in all legal and administrative processes, with a special focus on drafting, reviewing and finalising documents as well as direct contact with the final client. He/she will work together with his/her team on administrative or legal issues affecting local and international clients and will be responsible for his/her client portfolio, reporting to the respective manager.


Key Responsibilities

Providing support in the following tasks: 

  • Maintaining clients' corporate structures, updating and/or preparing official documents, minutes, certificates, tax records and others, opening and updating bank accounts.
  • Supporting the incorporation and dissolution of commercial companies.
  • Creating, maintaining, processing and updating files, registers, certificates and/or other related documents, in compliance with legal and quality standards.
  • Preparing and filling in official forms and communicating with local authorities.
  • Updating minute books and assisting in the preparation and conduct of assemblies and meetings of the governing bodies.
  • External representation of the company and clients, particularly before notaries, banks, auditors, lawyers and local authorities.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Law or Solicitors (Solicitadoria). Master's degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience in a similar position. International experience will be valued.
  • Consolidated experience in Corporate Law / Commercial Law and/or Compliance / Taxation.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Spanish or another foreign language would be a plus.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (valued).
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ease of learning and adapting to a dynamic environment, time management and prioritisation.
