On this position you'll gain experience by supporting our Global Entity Management Team from Bulgaria in a dynamic role as Legal Team Administrator. You'll work closely with the Legal Team and the Capital Markets Services Team to provide essential administrative and compliance support. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of legal operations, document management, and regulatory processes in an international corporate environment.
- Document Management & Filing: Storing legal documents in VP using naming conventions,
circulating incoming mail to servicing teams, coordinating signatures (original and DocuSign) and update VPD.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support:
- Drafting simple legal documents based upon available templates;
- Order and update RCS/RBE (Commerce Register) extracts and maintain the RBE list;
- Handle KYC documentation and liaise with compliance;
- Circulate workflow updates for database update;
- Arrange legalisation, apostille, and translations.
- Coordinate document transfers and archiving with IT:
- Manage DHL, De Coursier dispatches, sending of register letters.
- Client & Internal Communication:
- Payment Preparation;
- Call-back procedures;
- General approval processes;
- Invoices record and tracking;
- Handling/saving tax and accounting documents.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar field;
- Previous experience in administrative or team assistant roles, ideally in financial or legal services, is an asset;
- Familiarity with payment platforms and regulatory filings is a plus;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems;
- Good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English;
- French or German languages are an asset.
