Discover the Role

As the Legal and Entity Management Consultant you will be responsible for handling legislation related issues, with emphasis on corporate legal/secretarial and entity management activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing both client and in-house support by timely responding to requests from clients and/or colleagues from other departments;
  • Keeping up-to-date with the corporate / labour law / tax legislation, organizing the implementation of the respective changes and handling legislation related issues;
  • Support with incorporation, liquidation of entities, registration of corporate changes, annual general meetings, book of shares – governed by Slovenian law;
  • Conducting process of bank account opening for clients and assistance with bank KYC documents;
  • Preparing documents for administrative proceedings before various state authorities;
  • Support with internal legal processes (contracting, GDPR compliance, implementation of TMF Group’s internal acts, policies and procedures)

 


Key Requirements


  • Relevant professional education in Slovenia (Faculty of law, bar exam is not required but would be considered as advantage);
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (in-house and/or client servicing);
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations and to prepare and execute related practical solutions;
  • Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel skills will be considered as an advantage);
  • Fluent English & Slovenian, spoken and written obligatory;
  • Diligence in performing work;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
  • High motivation and team spirit.
