Discover the Role

Legal and Entity Management Consultant will be responsible for handling legislation related issues, with emphasis on corporate legal/secretarial, entity management and compliance related activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepares necessary documents, reports, correspondence and various other documents required by clients or different authorities;
  • Helps to negotiate with the banks, opens bank accounts for clients or for shelf companies;
  • Organizes meetings with lawyers on behalf of clients regarding clients’ contracts, power of attorney and other necessary documents;
  • Co-ordinates and assist in registering clients’ companies and branches with the Trade register and Representative offices with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • Collaborates with lawyers on behalf of the client regarding client’s legal matters; mainly, contracts, Power of Attorneys and other necessary documents;
  • Keeps records on all documents regarding clients or shelf companies, finding necessary documents and correspondence and submit all output of his work for checking;
  • Works in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work;
  • Deals with the Know-Your-Client procedures and collection of documents from the clients; responsible for all related compliance matters;
  • Works independently for the assigned clients;
  • Applies established policies and processes related to client offers for services, onboarding of new clients, invoicing, terminations of relationships with clients, etc



Key Requirements
  • Relevant professional education - degree from a Faculty of Law or equivalent legal studies;
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (in-house and/or client servicing);
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations and to prepare and execute related practical solutions;
  • Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel skills will be considered as an advantage);
  • Fluent English & Bulgarian, spoken and written obligatory;
  • Diligence in performing work;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
  • High motivation and team spirit.
