Discover the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our global Accounting & Tax Consulting team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate high-profile client engagements, working with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery teams across multiple countries.

This is an opportunity to be at the centre of large-scale transformation programmes, including finance transformation, ERP implementations, tax operating model redesign, e-invoicing initiatives, M&A integrations and global compliance transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring complex consulting engagements are delivered successfully, on time and with full visibility for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Develop and manage project plans across multiple consulting and transformation engagements.
  • Coordinate activities across workstreams, countries and functions.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones and critical dependencies.
  • Drive accountability and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish effective project governance structures and reporting cadences.
  • Facilitate Steering Committees, project reviews and decision-making forums.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Drive mitigation plans and support resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Coordinate escalations and provide practical recommendations to project sponsors.
  • Maintain focus on delivery quality, client outcomes and business impact.

Reporting & Controls

  • Prepare clear and concise status reports for executives and project sponsors.
  • Monitor project health, readiness, milestones and key decisions.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting across multiple client engagements.
  • Ensure consistency of project management standards, tools and documentation.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting delivery or transformation environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management and project controls.
  • Experience supporting ERP programmes, finance transformation, shared services, M&A integration or large consulting engagements.
  • Ability to work confidently with senior executives and client leadership teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar certification is a plus.
