Discover the Role
TMF is seeking a professional with a strong understanding of information security principles and their practical application in client-facing environments, along with solid knowledge of IT technologies to confidently assess and explain security controls. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail when completing assessments, audits, and evidence gathering. This role requires effective coordination with legal, sales, technology, and operations teams, as well as clear and professional communication with clients regarding security requirements. The candidate should have experience in Information Security, Risk, Compliance, or Assurance roles, including hands-on involvement in client security assessments, audits (remote or on-site), and managing shared request queues or support mailboxes. Practical experience maintaining security documentation and evidence repositories, working in regulated or client-driven environments, and familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, as well as exposure to third-party or vendor security assessments, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day handling of incoming requests through the central request list and
  • Client Information Security Support mailbox, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, tracked, and responded to within agreed service levels.
  • Complete client security assessments in line with agreed requirements and timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather information, address queries, and ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Support Senior Manager or Director in client meetings to discuss security requirements providing clear explanations, addressing queries, and supporting alignment between client expectations and internal security controls.
  • Support client security audits, either remotely or in person as required, providing
  • Information, responding to queries, and supporting evidence review in line with agreed security controls.
  • Maintain and update client security documentation and records, ensuring assessment
  • Responses, audit evidence, and contractual security requirements are accurately captured and readily available.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working in an Information Security, Risk, Compliance, or Assurance role
  • Hands on experience completing or supporting client security assessments and
  • questionnaires
  • Experience participating in client security audits, remotely or on site
  • Experience managing or contributing to a shared request queue or support mailbox
  • Practical experience maintaining security documentation and evidence repositories
  • Experience operating in a client driven or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks or standards (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC
  • 2, NIST)
  • Exposure to third party or vendor security assessments
