We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a high-impact team driving portfolio and cash reconciliation, client coordination, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage a team that reconciles all portfolio and cash activity to source data, review the work to ensure the results delivered are accurate and accountable.
* Solve problems, provide guidance, or find resources for team members when they need help
* Serve as the primary liaison for clients and TMF teams, facilitating communication and team coordination.
* Plan and maintain team’s deliverable timeline to ensure subsequent tasks can proceed without disruption
* Identify process inefficiencies and enhance functionality of operations
* Mitigate risks and safeguard process integrity
* Address to clients’/other TMF teams’ escalation and try to resolve the issues before further escalation
* Help team members build solid fundamentals and transfer knowledge to help with their growth
* 5+ years of financial services experience
* Experience managing a team
* Strong communication (written/verbal) skills, both internal and external
* Solid understanding of financial industry, such as private funds (open/close ended), financial instruments, etc.
* Managed/built workflow
* Experience with fund accounting software Archway ATWeb would be an asset
* Proficient in MS Excel.
