As an MDM Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from the MDM team, which plays a pivotal role in structuring TMF as a digital organization, relying on automation and standardization of central processes. The team is global and part of TMF Group's Internal Finance department. In day-to-day work, the team collaborates with Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report functions and manages data to ensure all processes run smoothly.

• Create and maintain the following client master data records: customers, suppliers, and employees
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of requests submitted by stakeholders within the organization
• Review and verify supporting documents and information provided for creation and updates
• Ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner
• Work closely with Internal Finance teams to support timely processing
• Respond to requests for information from internal teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas; pivot tables preferred)
• Currently an active student
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrates accountability for assigned tasks
• Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English
