TMF Group is looking for a O2C Senior Specialist in our Hong Kong Office!
· Own North Asia billing operations and delivery (end-to-end), reporting to the O2C Billing Supervisor.
· Coordinate daily billing activities (master data readiness → invoicing → archiving) to meet agreed cut-offs.
· Partner with Service Lines to confirm billable events, resolve blockers, and keep billing on track.
· Manage workload and quality (drafts, revisions, credit notes) and validate invoice accuracy (pricing/tax/support) in line with controls.
· Issue, send, monitor, and archive invoices with complete supporting documentation and audit trail.
· Support month-end activities with Country Finance and act as escalation point for billing issues and disputes.
· Report on billing performance and drive SOP/process improvements, controls, and compliance support.
· Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
· 6 years of experience in O2C billing/invoicing operations, preferably in a shared service, BPO, or multi-country environment.
· Experience coordinating and prioritizing team tasks to meet deadlines (regional/global exposure is a plus).
· Good command of English (written and spoken); additional North Asia language capability is a plus.
· Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP/billing tools is preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication; customer-focused and comfortable working in a matrix.
· Analytical and problem-solving, able to perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
· Detail-oriented and process-minded; able to prioritize and deliver under pressure during peak/month-end periods.
