TMF is looking for a bilingual O2C Collection Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience; the role involves reviewing customer accounts, communicating with clients to follow up on overdue invoices, monitoring debt collection and managing disputes. - Review customer accounts
- Communication with clients / follow up on overdue invoices
- Debt collection monitoring
- Alignment / follow-up with (service delivery) managers regarding overdues
- Dispute management
- Following defined policies and procedures
- Report periodically or upon request
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash area (preferably collection), experience in similar position will be an advantage
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process and accounting rules
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work in the team
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is an advantage
- MS Office knowledge – very good excel skills
