Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
As a Cash Collection Supervisor, you’ll lead and optimize cash collection activities across all business lines within the country, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and cash flow performance. Your role will be pivotal in supporting key business stakeholders through proactive collaboration and strategic oversight.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Managing escalations from internal teams and external customers
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
- Driving continuous improvement in collection strategies to support business goals

- Manage customer relationship and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Line Manager
- Act as business partner in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections and disputes management
- Act as escalation point of contact for collection related matters
- Regularly update the Line Manager about development, progress of collection process and dispute resolution
- Drive continuous improvement while monitor the outcome of the team, meeting quality standards
- Develop, support team members and provide supervision on their activities
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Proactively manage team performance through robust objective setting, delivering constructive feedback and confidently managing under-performance
- Follow defined internal policies and procedures
- Ensure delivery of high quality service according to agreed deadlines, KPIs and SLAs
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash area (preferably Collections), experience in similar position will be an advantage
- Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process and accounting rules
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
- Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work in the team
- Experience in people management - minimum 1 year
- MS Office knowledge – very good Excel skills
- Well organized, strict attention to details with ability to work on multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines with a high volume in a fast-paced environment
