Discover the Role

The Office Administration Intern supports the local office with various internal administrative tasks and internal projects as assigned on a case-by-case basis. 

The Office Administration Intern follows instructions closely and executes assignments to his/her best efforts. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Support reception/office management tasks:
    1. Mail handling, courier shipments 
    2. Maintain visitors’ log 
    3. Other: supplies & groceries, reception of visitors, preparing/tidying up meeting room, maintenance & repairs of office equipment, etc.
  • Petty cash management (issue reimbursements, monthly count, scanning receipts, etc.)
  • ISO support (clean desk check, managing back-up tapes, provide copies of local logs, etc)
  • IT support on the ground (badge assistance, remote access support, etc.)
  • Support various projects as assigned on a case by case basis

Key Requirements
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Records time accurately in the Timesheet software on a weekly basis
  • Communicates (verbally and in writing) information in clear, concise and professional manner in English (French and/or German language skills is an advantage)
  • Acts with integrity and respect

  • Appreciates and applies social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical considerations
  • Adaptable and flexible
