We are looking for our Office Administrator in Raleigh: 


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office including data entry, record retention and engagement coordination. 
  • Assist with mailings and other departmental communications as needed. 
  • Support setup, cleanup, and logistics coordination for office meals and internal events. 
  • Manage daily collection, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan, file, and organize documents to support efficient record keeping and compliance requirements. 
  • Maintain the office environment in a clean, organized, and professional manner. 
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects or tasks as assigned. 
  • Support visitor and vendor management, including greeting guests and coordinating meeting logistics. 
  • Monitor office supplies, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate replenishment as needed. 
  • Answer phones, take messages professionally, and route communications appropriately. 
  • Input and maintain accurate information in internal databases and tracking systems.

Key Requirements

- Very good communication and organization skills. 

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.

- Computer literacy.
