Discover the Role
The Operational Excellence Supervisor plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across operations and service lines. This role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring adoption of global tools, leading transformational initiatives, and providing data‑driven analysis to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. The person will work closely with operational teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure standardized, high‑quality, and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformational project initiatives aligned with the Global Delivery Strategy.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across different operational areas.
  • Monitor and control KPIs that impact operational and market performance.
  • Conduct process assessments, design and implementation, and ensure adoption of global tools.
  • Train teams on global strategies, tools, and systems.
  • Analyze SLAs, quality metrics, and KPIs and provide actionable insights to the Delivery team.
  • Prepare reports for service line managers, market leads, and stakeholders to provide visibility into operational performance.
  • Promote and support automation initiatives within the market.
  • Continuously measure adoption of systems such as Enate.
  • Prepare business cases and benefit realization cards to quantify savings and efficiencies.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred; other engineering fields, Economics, or Business Administration with a focus on service operations are also suitable.
  • Experience in Project Management within financial services or operational environments.
  • Background in operations, process improvement, service delivery, and quality.
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen.
  • PMP or Scrum certification is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, operations research, and data analysis.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by impact, criticality, and ROI.
  • Adaptable, proactive, self‑driven.
  • Detail‑oriented and structured.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.
