The Operations & Technology (O&T) Manager for Northern Europe will be responsible for driving operational excellence and technology enablement across multiple countries in the market. While the primary focus of the role will be on The Netherlands, the position sits within the Northern Europe market, meaning there will be cross-country projects and collaboration with other markets as needed.

This role ensures seamless delivery of process-led operational support, implementation of automation initiatives, and optimization of shared service models. The Operations & Technology Manager acts as a key interface between market leadership and global Operations & Technology functions, aligning local priorities with global strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

• Lead and execute O&T initiatives that support market objectives, including cost control, revenue enhancement, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with country heads and global teams to implement technology solutions and shared service centre transitions.
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities, ensuring effective use of existing applications and introducing new technologies where required.
• Oversee local application support and ensure compliance with global standards and policies.
• Drive data insights and reporting to support decision-making and operational improvements.
