Discover the Role

Join our Internal Finance team as a P2P Coordinator, where you'll lead a dynamic team, oversee PtP process transitions, and ensure smooth, timely financial operations while driving improvements and supporting key activities like reconciliations and audits. Make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!


At this role you will have possibility to work hybrid with 2 office days per week from our Katowice location.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the transition of PtP processes from India,
  •  Manage of around five-person team,
  •  Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (on-time bank statement posting, invoices reviewing and posting, payments processing, accounts reconciliation),
  • Support month end/year end activities,
  • Close collaboration with O2C, RTR teams to resolve business/vendors inquiries,
  • Support PtP system changes and improvements,
  • Support activities related to Internal Controls and Audits, 
  • Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Supervisor.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Experience in similar position 
  • Experience in ERP systems (experience in D365 is a plus), 
  • Very good command of English (both verbal and written), 
  • Very good knowledge of accounting rules, 
  • MS Office knowledge, 
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills, 
  • Good communication and team work skills,
  • Proactive attitude and orientation on problem solving
  • Ability to use proven specialist knowledge and best practice to support people
  • Ability to provide support with meetings and time scheduling aspects to set priorities right
  • Ability to write procedures in line with requested expectations
