As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

At this position you will be given an opportunity to coordinate P2P process in the respective region and contribute to our internal Finance process excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the Operations Team (around 5 people)
  • Review of ERP entries for completeness and compliance with defined policies and procedures
  • Payments run review
  • Reconciliation and analysis of account balances during the month end process
  • Training and support development of junior staff and supervising some of their activities
  • Participation in continuous process improvement
  • Interact and interface with TMF Local offices and other Group departments and other relevant stakeholders as and when required
  • Update of process documentation, work descriptions and keep up to date
  • Ad hoc tasks in root cause analysis and solving of “broken processes”
  • Perform month-end closing activities, accounts reconciliation and analysis

Key Requirements
  • University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a small team (3-5 people) is an advantage
  • Very good command of English (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of P2P end-to-end process
  • Knowledge of IFRS is preferable
  • MS Office knowledge – advanced excel skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
  • Experience with process documentation will be an asset
  • Good communication and analytical skills and ability to lead the team
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
