TMF is hiring procurement to payment junior specialist for internal finance department.
- Verify payment support to align with TMF control policy and procedures.
- Ensure the proper and timely booking of all payments and employee expenses, keeping financial records updated and accurate.
- Collect all supplier and employee payments and prepare bank payments for manager approval on time.
- Manage bank accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Execute bank payments and accounts payable journal bookkeeping.
- Take responsibility for creditors' management (vendor relationships).
- Coordinate fixed asset management and petty cash management.
- Handle daily staff expense reimbursements and daily payments.
- Perform fundamental expense analysis for management review after period close every month.
- Assist with local tax filing
- Provide support for Bank account maintenance, assisting with change of bank signatory and its related works.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years of related in-house finance experience; MNC working experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with an integrated ERP system.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and computer skills.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
