The PMO Analyst will be responsible for designing and maintaining SOPs, enabling governance frameworks, and driving clear, consistent communication across stakeholders. The role ensures process standardization, reporting accuracy, and adherence to delivery controls across programs and projects. Will also be responsible for executing all other PMO operational activities with a core focus on driving continuous improvements in PMO operations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs and processes to ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across project management activities
- Ensure robust project governance by managing governance forums, enforcing stage gates and compliance, maintaining key registers, and supporting portfolio alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage program and project administration
- Set up and improve the Project Management Office processes, including definition of reporting standards, procedures for project, program and portfolio governance and day-to-day management.
- Produce meeting materials, prepare and support facilitation of governance bodies, including post-meeting follow-ups and action tracking.
- Support Project, Program or Portfolio managers in delivering complex strategic and regulatory change by establishing efficient and effective project management capabilities using proven PMO standards, processes and tools.
- Drive quality assurance and be accountable for effective application of PMO processes within projects, programs and portfolios.
- Build and maintain cross functional and team relationships within Global Delivery as well as all TMF business divisions, promoting best-in-class PMO standards.
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree
- Proven experience (2 years+) in a PMO and/or Project Management role preferably in a banking, financial services or consultancy environment
- A systematic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- A well-organized person with excellent communication ability
- Hands-on approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
- Methodical, concise and accurate, with a very strong attention to detail, yet able to maintain big picture and convey complex messages to senior stakeholders.
- Consensus driven yet assertive to manage complex tasks to successful delivery.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and apply own initiative.
- SOP authoring & process design: strong writing, structure, and visual documentation (RACI, BPMN/swimlanes).
- Governance: stage gates, change control, dependency/risk discipline, compliance mindset.
- Communication: executive-level storytelling, concise risk/issue escalation, stakeholder management.
- Organization & prioritization: able to manage multiple programs/projects and deadlines.
- Excellent skills at MS Excel (Excel advanced functions)
- Excellent skills at MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- PM tools (MS Project/Planner or equivalents)
- Basic knowledge of PowerBi, PowerApps, MS Flows
- PMP certification is preferred. Any other project management certification, including Agile certifications, is an asset.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and apply own initiative.
