The Associate, PMO – Engagement and Talent supports the operational delivery of talent and engagement processes within the PMO Engagement and Talent team. The role provides coordination and execution support for core HR initiatives and ensures continuity across platforms and reporting needs.
• Support business-as-usual (BAU) processes including performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement surveys.
• Coordinate and track deliverables across platforms.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and process documentation to support talent programs and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of PMO-led HR initiatives.
• Contribute to operational planning, issue tracking, and workflow maintenance.
• Provide backup support to ensure business continuity during planned or unplanned absences in the team.
- Proven experience in a similar coordination, PMO, HR operations, or talent/engagement role
- Previous experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactivity in managing tasks and deliverables
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in working with multiple tools and platforms for tracking, reporting, and coordination (e.g., Excel, HR systems, project tracking tools)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and suggest improvements to processes
