This is an exciting opportunity to join our media team as an Assistant Manager! You will be a right hand to our Head of Digital Marketing, and your role will involve both media planning and buying for mainly paid search and paid social campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Naver. Meticulous attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and paid search experience are a must! Ideally, you are also experienced with Google Analytics and Tag Manager. We are also looking for someone with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
- Responsible for planning, activating, managing, and reporting on paid search campaigns in local languages across EMEA and APAC on Google and Naver.
- Develop, implement, and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Collaborate with markets and practice marketers to align media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Partner with the web, content, and design teams to optimize landing pages and user experiences related to media campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
- A background in the similar industry is not essential, an interest in it, as well as a solid grasp of current affairs, are must-haves.
- 3 to 5 years’ of experience in paid social media planning and buying is a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of google data studio.
- Advanced knowledge in google tag manager and google analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Chinese, French, or Korean is a plus.
