Discover the Role

As the payments administrator you will be responsible for supporting client facing members of the administration teams to deliver excellent customer service and high-level payment preparation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate payment packs for review and approval by the authorised signatories.
  • Interpret and apply complex payment routing instructions, ensuring correct processing across multiple banking systems.
  • Support the validation of payment formats following any static data updates completed by Investor Services.
  • Maintain client payment trackers in real time, ensuring all information is accurate, payments are submitted within required timelines, and payment packs are completed without delay.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Services and Administration teams to integrate Investran with online banking platforms, enabling the use of bulk‑payment upload functionalities

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated, professional services or multi‑jurisdictional organisation with structures comparable to TMF, would be a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge of key payment channels, including SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
